No. The Free plan holds up to 10 active clients, with no card and no expiry. You only pay when you want AI, Courses or more clients.

Never. Every plan is a one-time payment for 30 days. When it ends you drop to Free and keep your clients and data. Nothing renews unless you buy again.

You add extra clients for 30 days at a time: $2.50 each on Starter, $2.00 on Pro and $1.50 on Studio, or ₹215, ₹170 and ₹130 if you are billed in India. You add them before you add the client. If you add some part-way through a plan period you only pay for the new ones, prorated to the end of your plan, and they last until it ends, so add them again when you renew. Your existing clients are never removed. Extra clients add room only, not AI or Courses, so for more of those move up a plan.

Yes. Buying the same plan again adds 30 days to the time you have left. Buying a different plan starts it from the day you pay, and the days left on your old plan end, so switch near the end of a period.

Yes, in your first 14 days. If you ask within 14 days of your first purchase and have used less than about a fifth of the AI allowance, you get the full amount back. Duplicate or failed charges are always refunded. The full policy is on the refund page linked in the footer.

You move to Free. Your clients, programs and history stay. The limit goes back to 10 active clients for new ones, and AI and Courses lock until you buy a plan again.

AI Snap Logging lets your clients log meals from a photo: $2.50 per active client for 30 days. The AI Builder and Co-pilot are being released to trainers in stages, so some trainers may still be waiting for access.
